When you use ExhibitFolio we collect:
We do not collect payment card details — those are handled entirely by Stripe.
We use your name and email to send you the welcome email sequence you signed up for, notify you about product updates and founder pricing, and respond to your support requests.
Your artwork images are sent directly to Anthropic's API to generate your portfolio documents. Your images are not stored on our servers after generation is complete. We do not use your artwork to train AI models. Anthropic states that by default it does not use inputs or outputs from its commercial API products to train its models.
We share your information only with the services that help us run ExhibitFolio:

When you sign up for ExhibitFolio you will receive a short welcome email sequence. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
ExhibitFolio uses browser local storage and session storage to remember your session and paid status. We do not use third party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights please contact us at hello@exhibitfolio.com.
If we make significant changes we will notify subscribers by email before the changes take effect.
