ExhibitFolio generates professional portfolio documents — artist bios, artist statements, tearsheets, and PDF catalogs — based on the artwork images and information you provide. The AI analyzes your images and creates written materials intended to help you present your work professionally.
ExhibitFolio generates documents to support your portfolio presentations. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as gallery acceptance, residency offers, grant awards, or any other result from using our documents.
You own everything you upload and everything we generate for you. By uploading images and content to ExhibitFolio you confirm that you have the right to use and submit that material. Please do not upload artwork or content that you do not own or have permission to use.
Your artwork images are transmitted directly to our AI provider to generate your documents and are not stored on our servers after generation is complete. We do not use your artwork to train AI models. Anthropic, our AI provider, states that by default it does not use inputs or outputs from its commercial API products to train its models.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
Single portfolio generations are non-refundable once the generation has been completed and documents have been made available for download. If you experience a technical failure that prevented your generation from completing please contact us at hello@exhibitfolio.com and we will make it right.
All purchases are one-time payments processed securely through Stripe. Once your generation is complete and documents are available for download, the purchase is final.
ExhibitFolio is currently in early access. Features and pricing may evolve as we continue to develop the product.
If we make significant changes to these terms we will notify active users by email before the changes take effect.
